SHIPPING POLICY
Standard order processing time is 1-4 business days, however some items are made to order and may have longer processing times, please check the product's description
Most physical item orders are shipped USPS, however occasionally we may use other carriers.
We recycle packaging whenever possible!
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we will work with you to make it right if you ever encounter a problem. Not responsible for weather related damages or delays.
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. Custom order turnaround varies on a case by case basis.
Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. You can email a photo of the item to katie@wildflowerpapercompany.com along with a description of the issue.
Lost packages - We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.
